KSRC delivers a range of life science courses including: microbiology, immunology and chemistry, targeted at training science technicians, up skilling current employees and offering school enrichment activities.  Bespoke courses can be planned and delivered according to your needs or you can register to join one of the training events scheduled throughout the year.

Courses delivered include:

• Bespoke courses, including basic laboratory skills, microbiology, spectrophotometry and chromatography training.

• Laboratory Technician: introductory course for new technicians, management and leadership for technicians.

• Foundation Degree:  we offer both a two your full time and part time route to FdSc in Life Science Laboratory Technology.

• School enrichment days involve hands on activities for students:  DNA day, chromatography day, drug discovery workshop, chromatography, enzymology, cell disruption and centrifugation.

• NEW - Beekeeping Courses.  KSRC is now able to offer a range of classroom and laboratory based beekeeping courses.  A classroom based beginners course is available on February 4th and 5th 2012 which will be followed by a hands on day [dates to be advised].  Contact Julie Coleman by email or ring 01795 599564
